2.1 Registration Requirements

To register on kirkya official, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and consistent with your current real identity.

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Your name, mobile number, and payment details must be genuine.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
• You may not create an account on behalf of a third party or using another person's details.
• Registration by robotic, automated, or artificial means is not permitted.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials, password, and OTP completely confidential. You are requested not to share this information with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our customer service team immediately.

You are solely responsible for all activities carried out on your account. kirkya official is not liable for losses arising from third-party access, unless those losses are directly caused by a failure of the platform itself.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted deposit methods on kirkya official are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — this limit applies to all methods.

• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.
• Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for review.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Payment methods are the same as for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be needed if verification is in progress or the withdrawal amount is unusually large.

To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the relevant wagering requirement must be met. Detailed bonus terms are described in Section 5.

kirkya official's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week (total bets minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

6.1 Tier Change Rules

Members move up to higher VIP tiers based on their active gaming history. kirkya official reviews member activity at set intervals to determine tier. Extended inactivity may result in a tier reduction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kirkya official. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of associated funds.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets systematically with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Conducting transactions through counterfeit or stolen payment accounts.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding or secretly coordinating bets against other members.
• Providing false information to bypass the KYC verification process.

kirkya official reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, share relevant information with the authorities.

kirkya official provides its services on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. kirkya official's liability is limited in cases where service is disrupted due to technical issues, network interruptions, or faults in third-party software.

• kirkya official is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• The member bears responsibility for any losses arising from transactions made with incorrect information.
• kirkya official does not accept liability for changes to RTP or gameplay made by the game software provider.
• No compensation applies if the service is unavailable due to unforeseen events (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, government orders, or cyberattacks.

If a member wishes to claim compensation against kirkya official, the maximum claimable amount will be equal to the total deposits made by that member in the most recent calendar month.

kirkya official reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify registered members via email or in-app notification.

Revised terms and conditions take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates that you have accepted the new terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.
